Trailer mounted generator using only the sun and wind to produce power!

Sixteen solar panels combine to produce 4,600 watts of power. The panels are mounted on hydraulic arms that deploy to a span 50 feet wide and rotate to follow the sun. In addition, a 2,500-watt wind generator sits on top of a telescoping tower that raises more than 105 feet to capture available wind.
A large bank of storage batteries receive and store the power that is routed through an on-board inverter to produce clean AC power for a variety of potential uses. The batteries have a built-in 48-hour reserve capability for times when sunlight or wind conditions are low. The entire trailer folds up to fit inside a 40 ft. ISO shipping container.
This project required us to make the trailer and outriggers, the steel pivot arms for the solar panels and countless other brackets and mounting plates. We were then charged with mounting the various components, making the hydraulic hoses and connections, mounting the tower to the trailer, electrical connections and final testing.

Why would a California based company want an east coast company to build these state of the art machines? They saw that we had the creativity, talent and the equipment required to do the job. Many of the parts needed for this job were laser cut here at our factory to assure that the quality and tolerances required for this new innovation were evident to potential customers such as our military and those of other countries.
