Centreville Trailer Parts LLC, currently operates 3 Retail Trailer Parts Stores in Central Maryland. As a Former Trailer Manufacturer in Maryland, we are uniquely qualified to provide this important parts service to the commercial, governmental, and personal use customers in Maryland.

We are currently seeking candidates to Train in all aspects of running a successful store at our Prince Frederick, MD location. Once trained, you may be selected to Manage one of our existing stores or Open a new store. You must be willing to commute or re-locate up to 1 hour+ from the Prince Frederick Area at some future time. We are attempting to grow our business regionally, and we are looking for energetic candidates to join our strong team of qualified managers to promote our current locations, and expand the number of successful stores we operate.

Are you our next store manager? Current or Former Auto/Truck Parts Store Managers or Trainees are strongly encouraged to apply. We sell parts for trailers, and the ability to learn, understand, and convey the underlying principles of trailer operation and repair is vitally important. Persons with no mechanical experience (professional or verifiable hobby) should not apply. Although we will train you on Trailer Theory and Parts application, you MUST have an underlying understanding of mechanical operation and repair in order to succeed.

Candidates should also have, moderate computer skills, and a strong desire to grow a successful business. Helpful skills include; prior Auto/Truck/Marine Parts or Service experience, Microsoft Office, prior Hiring &/or Supervisory experience, prior inventory management. This is a working, hands on, position where you will assist customers, order & manage inventory, actively market our business in the region through; mass mailings, phone calls, & site visits. You will also perform all functions related to a retail business (cash management, invoice processing, hiring/firing).

This is a Salaried position requiring 40 to 50 hours per week on average. Once trained and promoted, Store Managers earn bonuses based on store profit, as well as a competitive base salary. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation, be able to pass an employment physical & drug testing, as well as a proven desire to succeed.
