Job Description

We are currently seeking candidates to train in all aspects of running a successful store at our Annapolis location. We are attempting to grow our business regionally and the only thing we are missing is a strong team of qualified managers to promote and expand our retail presence. This is a salaried position requiring 50+ hours per week. Store managers earn bonuses based on store profit. Centreville Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers over the phone and in store
  • Complete the sale process with customers
  • Order, receive and manage inventory
  • Cash management
  • Invoice processing
  • Hiring and firing
  • Facility maintenance

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical interest and attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to learn, understand and convey the underlying principals of trailer operation and repair
  • Moderate computer skills
  • Prior automotive parts or service experience preferred
  • Inventory management experience
  • Supervisory experience including hiring/firing
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to pass employment and DOT physical as well as employment and random drug testing
